GREAT! As always.

Jalapeño sausage cheese bread is the best. Also buy yourself a Styrofoam cooler and fill it with fresh sausage and boudin. And grab some warm, fresh cracklin to share.

This is not the first time ive seen moldy produce in this store. Pretty much half of the produce looks like its on its last leg. I wouldn't recommend anyone get produce here. Obviously it isn't fresh at all

I've been out of the state of Louisiana due to military obligations for the past 10 years. I'm able to order my favorite seasoning online and have it delivered straight to my door whether it's New York or Japan. I have to admit, this is the best birthday gift.

The 5 stars is for the boudin. Hands down the best I've ever had. Pretty decent sausage. I can't rate the rest of the grocery store.

Lafayette has badly need some GOOD Cajun food in the middle of town. I was born here 86 Years ago and find our town too invaded by Big chain restaurants. What I buy from BOURQUES actually has seasoning in it you can TASTE! Thank Goodness for BOURQUES! MARIE. HEBERT

An absolute treasure of Cajun culture! The folks there are special. They are professional butchers and grocers and this store is an icon that is a must visit if you're in the area.

Great local grocery store. Great local meats. Small store but still a great variety of groceries and some house hold items (like food storage and cleaning supplies). There is a bakery and a section of fresh vegetables/fruits.

My shopping experience was very good. Dana is always awesome to help you with any issues you may be having. The shelf was empty of an item that was listed. She left from her booth went into the stock room and brought out 2 cases and asked how many of the items I needed. She never have any qualms to assist her customers. This is what keeps your doors open and your customers coming back.Thanks again Dana for all of your assistance.

Good family owned business. I grew up in port barre and can remember walking there almost everyday after school or before school love this place and always will. They excellent food and grocery section. The jalapeño sausage bread is by far my favorite in the world. I moved away from port barre but still make the 40 minute drive to get some of the jalapeño bread they always make great craklens. If your ever in the area I highly recommends making the visit you won’t regret it , even if your not in the area it’s totally worth the drive. Keep up the good work love this place

I can't say enough about this place that is good. The people that work there are so helpful and nice. Today stopped by omw home to Dallas after spending the weekend in Nola. Brought my cooler in, and stocked up on all the things I could(boudin balls, stuffed chickens, stuffed bellpeppers and what not). Love this place...

Got burgers from deli for family member. They have good sales and their sausage is fantastic. The deli makes a really good bread pudding.

Best deli counter with all kinds if sausage and boudin etc that you can think of. My favorite is the brisket cheese sausage and the jalapeno pepper jack fresh sausage..so good!! And of course the sausage cheese bread is outstanding

Picked up some boudin as I was passing through LA due to online review stating it was A+. You can get it frozen, cold or steamed. I really wanted the steamed but I had just eaten so I got it cold to take home. The folks were super helpful and polite.

Large independent old-time country store. Great for general grocery shopping and for finding something unique. The butcher shop, sausage, jalepeno bread and boudin(all made in house) puts it over the top. We drive from Baton Rouge to Port Barre just to shop and stock up on goodies.We're never disappointed and look forward to our next trip.
